These modules will include instructions, videos, and resources to help you integrate into the Civil Air Patrol program. Alongside with your online education, in-person training and classes, these weekly pages will answer your extended questions or concerns.

Your flight staff will be mentoring you and other cohort cadets throughout the 8-week journey as an Airman Basic. Your flight staff is directly responsible for your drill training, classroom work, and syllabus execution. The flight staff of the Renton Composite Squadron are trained cadets who demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and operation management. Throughout the 8-weeks of cohort training, you will be able to learn a lot about your flight staff, and they will learn a lot about you.
