USA Swimming has a very good article on Recovery Nutrition:
On days we swim first and do dryland second, swimmers will be allowed to change in the locker rooms, and I encourage them to bring a small, healthy snack for after swimming. (They will need it after 90 minutes of swimming!) I will provide the athletes time to eat their snack before we start dryland.
