Our activity calendars can be added directly to your personal calendar using an iCal (ICS) calendar link.
An iCal link creates a calendar subscription, which means your calendar can automatically receive updates when events are added, changed, or canceled. Unlike downloading a calendar one time, a subscription helps keep your calendar current.
View school events alongside your personal calendar.
Receive updates when calendar events change (depending on your calendar app's refresh schedule).
Stay informed without manually entering events.
The exact steps vary depending on the calendar app you use, but most support subscribing to an iCal calendar by using the calendar's URL.
Copy the iCal calendar URL.
Open Google Calendar on a computer.
Add a calendar by URL using the calendar subscription option.
Paste the iCal URL and save.
The subscribed calendar will appear alongside your other calendars and will sync automatically.
Copy the iCal calendar URL.
In the Calendar app, choose the option to add or subscribe to a calendar.
Paste the iCal URL.
Save the subscription.
Your Apple devices signed in to the same account can display the subscribed calendar.
Many Android calendar apps support iCal subscriptions, although the steps vary by app.
If you use Google Calendar, subscribe using Google Calendar (typically on the web), and the calendar will sync to your Android device.
If you use another calendar app, look for an option such as Subscribe to Calendar, Add Calendar by URL, or Import from URL, then paste the iCal link.
Calendar subscriptions are read-only. You can view events, but you cannot edit school events.
Updates may not appear immediately. Each calendar application refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule.
If you no longer want the calendar, you can remove the subscription at any time without affecting your personal calendar.
If you need help adding a calendar subscription, please refer to the help resources for your calendar application or device.
