Student Snapshot

This form is filled out by a family member to provide a "snapshot" of the student. This helps the school staff know the student better and provides information for the IEP.

IEP Process & Product

This resource is broken into two parts. Part 1 defines what an IEP is and what an IEP is not and goes over the four core parts of an IEP (IEP Team Writes an IEP) In part 2 (The IEP Product), other relevant IEP information is defined and parent participation and voice is highlighted.
