Dan Prothero - Business Education Instructor
I am very excited to be a part of the Faculty at Waukesha South High School! I have been teaching students about business, marketing, entrepreneurship, and technology concepts since the Fall of 2000. Prior to teaching at South, I taught at Waukesha STEM Academy - Saratoga Middle School for five years, and before that I taught in Wauwatosa at Wauwatosa West High School for 14 years.
I earned my Undergraduate Degree in Business Education from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 2000. I earned my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership & Administration in 2008 from Cardinal Stritch University.
I am a Waukesha Resident, and I bring real-world business experience to the classroom. I have been in real estate since 2003, and I own a small business dealing in antiques and collectibles. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, fishing, collecting, and relaxing.
I look forward to working with the students at Waukesha South High School again this upcoming school year!
