SPRING BREAK WORKOUTS:
Day 1: 5-minute warm-up & stretch. Workout: 10-minute run alternating jogging and sprinting each minute. Cool down walk for 5 minutes.
Day 2: 5-minute warm-up & stretch. Workout: 12 100-meter sprints. Rest between each one so each one is 100%. Cool down walk for 5 minutes, stretch any muscles or sore spots..
Day 3: 5-minute warm-up & stretch. Workout: 2 mile run. Cool down walk for 5 minutes, continue to stretch any muscles or sore spots.
Day 4: 5-minute warm-up & stretch. Workout: 6 200-meter sprints. Rest between each one so each one is 100%. Cool down walk for 5 minutes, continue to stretch any muscles or sore spots.
Day 5: 5-minute warm-up & stretch. 10-minute run alternating jogging and sprinting each minute. Cool down walk for 5 minutes, continue to stretch any muscles or sore spots.
