Thank you for joining us at the Waukee FBLA Holiday Craft Fair! We’re thrilled to have you with us and look forward to a fun, festive, and successful event. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Date: Saturday, November 22, 2025
Location: Waukee Innovation and Learning Center
295 SE Ashworth Rd, Waukee, IA 50263
Event Hours: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Setup:
Friday, November 21: 6–9 p.m. (students available 6–7:30 p.m. to assist with carrying in displays, supplies, and inventory)
Saturday, November 22: 7:30–9 a.m. (students available during this time to assist with setup)
Teardown: Begins at 2 p.m. (Please do not tear down early.)
Coffee: Complimentary coffee will be available for all vendors from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.
Lunch (hosted by Prairieview FBLA): A limited menu featuring Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches, Chips, Candy, and drinks will be available for purchase from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Both coffee and lunch will be served from The Hub, located on the far east side of the room.
Vendor Presence: Vendors must remain set up and present for the full event. Early tear-downs are not allowed.
Power Availability: Power will be available to the vendors who requested it. Those who requested it, will be contacted to arrange payment.
Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Iowa sales tax to the Iowa Department of Revenue and Finance.
Tear Down: After the event, you may leave the provided tables and chairs in your booth space. Please remove all personal items and displays.
A detailed venue map will be provided prior to the event, showing booth assignments, entrances, restrooms, and key areas for your convenience.
