Watling Re:Wear

Watling Re:Wear is our second-hand uniform and school-wear initiative, saving good condition uniform and school-wear from being wasted, and finding it new homes. The cost of school clothing costs parents, on average, around £300-£400 per child, per year. Second-hand uniforms schemes save both money, and environmental waste. 

How does it work:

Everything in our Re:Wear stock is second-hand and either in excellent, very good, or good condition. Much of it is unclaimed/unlabelled lost property. We wash everything we receive, and endeavour to check for wear or marks, weeding out these items wherever possible. We will let you know via the contact number you provide once your order is fulfilled. Uniform can be collected from Reception, or sent home with your child - please ensure you specify on your order. Please allow us three school days to process requests.

What can I ask for: 

Our stock inventory list is here. If you're looking for items for more than one child, please complete a separate form per size requirements (i.e., if you need jumpers and polo shirts for both your 6 and 8 year old, please complete one form for everything required in size 6-7, and then a second for everything you want in size 8-9). There is no limit to the amount you can request; we'd rather uniform was re-used and parents saved some pennies. 

Can I give you old uniform:

Yes please! All donations of unwanted/outgrown uniform is very appreciated. Please drop any unform donations off at the office. We'll take out any name labels (if possible), and find it a new home with another Watling family. 

How much does it cost:

Nothing is priced; we run Re:Wear on a donation basis, but this is not mandatory. Donations are gratefully received but are entirely optional. If you want to donate, you can do so via Zeffy.
