In fact, the acid reflux caused damage to his vocal cords, and he even worried about whether he could continue his music career and singing.
To cope with this health problem, Lin Junjie made numerous efforts, including adjusting his diet, improving his sleep schedule, undergoing treatment, and maintaining a focused mindset while creating and recording the album. 100 Days is not just a musical project; it is also a testament to his personal challenges, persistence, and recovery.
