Whenever possible, directors and teachers should make reservations using the hotel’s online reservation link above.

The hotel’s reservation system permits one room reservation at a time. If you have questions, or experience difficulty making reservations, or need assistance with multiple rooms, please contact the hotel’s reservations team first using the telephone number and or email provided with the reservation link above.

• Director or teacher’s name

• Number of rooms needed

• Arrival and departure dates

• Date and approximate time you contacted the hotel

• Hotel representative or department contacted, if known

• Brief description of the difficulty encountered
