Welcome to our Spanish class!

The following information will help our classroom be a respectful and productive environment. Please read the following and share with your parents.

To be safe please follow the directions of the school and the teacher at all times.

Never hesitate to ask if you don't understand.

As you enter the classroom - A bell ringer will be on the board and you start working immediately.

Promptness - Please arrive on time.

Seating - I select your seat in the room.

Bathroom - Please try to go before class. Emergency bathroom privileges will be allowed.

Clinic - If you are ill, please raise your hand and ask to go to the clinic. If you have a pre-signed pass, show me before class begins. You are responsible for missed assignments during your absences from class.

Absence - When you are out of class due to illness or appointment, it is your responsibility to complete the class work and obtain the day’s notes. You are responsible to obtain any needed material. Do not hesitate to ask!!

Contact the teacher via means offered during school hours time.

Grades - Grades are based class work, quizzes, projects, speaking presentations, and tests.

Retakes and Redo’s – It’s offered to improve your grade if it is below 65%.

Material – You will need:

One three subject notebook

Pens any color but red. If using pencil, please bring your own pencil sharpener.

Effort - Each of us has different abilities and strengths: I encourage you to use yours to always do your best. Try your hardest. With that you will do well in my class. You will get out as much as you put in.

Extra help - I will be available Wednesdays
