Pre-K Registration

The Watertown City School District offers a free 5-hour program for 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds who reside within the Watertown City limits. Please note that transportation is required of the parent.
Please select and complete the age-appropriate form.
Submit the completed form to Autumn Adams at autadams@watertowncsd.org or drop off to our mailbox located at 532 S. Massey Street, Watertown, NY 13601.

Please wait for the Community Based Organization to contact you regarding your child's acceptance into the Pre-K Program.

You will then be asked to fill out additional enrollment forms and required documentation.
