Global 10

Global 10 covers numerous major events that have occurred in the world over the last four hundred years, ranging from the Enlightenment to World War II to ongoing global issues. In studying these events, we will identify various common factors that have both united and divided different populations. By the end of the year, I hope that the students and I will have a better understanding of our global community and our own roles in it. Global 10 culminates with a Regents Exam, necessary for the acquisition of a Regents Diploma. Given the importance of this assessment, review is built directly into the class, with additional review time at the end of the year to better prepare students.
