Google Forms

How to Make a Google Form:

1. Log into your Google account and click on the 3x3 box on the top right corner of the page.

2. Then, scroll down all the way to the bottom. A purple icon should appear: this is Google Forms. Click on it.

3. You should be brought to a page with many different options for how to make a form.

4. This is where you can create forms to use as tests, quizzes, surveys, etc. You can type out the first question where it says “Untitled Question.”

5. If you want to change how questions are answered, click on the rectangular box that says “Multiple Choice” in this image. A scroll-down list should show up with multiple options.

6. To add more questions, images, videos, text, etc., the box on the right side of the page will allow you to add what you want.

7. Upon completing your form, you can change the color of it by clicking on the color palette icon at the top of the page.

8. There’s a gear as well (next to the icon that looks like an eye) where you can change the settings of the form you created.

9. When you're done with everything, you can click on "Send" and email the form to whomever you want to complete this form.
