WHS to Host REC Drone Competition – February 28
On Saturday, February 28, from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Waterford High School will host an REC Drone Competition in the Fieldhouse. Middle and high school teams from New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut — including our very own Clark Lane Middle School — will compete in a series of events that showcase piloting skills, teamwork missions, and autonomous programming challenges. Teams will compete for trophies and the opportunity to advance to the regional championship event. This is a great opportunity to see our students’ innovation, collaboration, and technical skills in action. The event is free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
Senior Superlative Night & Comedy Hypnotist Show
Senior Superlative Night will take place on Wednesday, March 18 at 5:00 PM in the WHS Auditorium. We encourage all members of the Class of 2026 and their families to attend as we celebrate our seniors. Immediately following, at 6:30 PM, we will host a Comedy Hypnotist Show, which is open to the entire WHS community. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased through GoFan.
