Developing Eswatini's Future Leaders
The Knowledge Institute (TKI) is a fully registered NGO in Eswatini whose purpose is expanding higher education and work experience opportunities for young people. Currently, less than 10% of high school graduates in Eswatini proceed to university, and of those, less than 50% graduate, and another 25% or less are gainfully employed 12 months after graduating. Our vision is to increase the rate of high school students from Eswatini who pursue higher education and meaningful skills development in the workplace by 50% in the next five years.
The Knowledge Institute leverages digital media to create, curate and publish university, scholarship, employment and opportunities content through various online channels, as well as through outreach, workshops, student programs and events. Our local and global partnerships ensure we get the right information to the right people quickly, effectively, and in a measurable way.
