Bald Guy Brew

A Boone and Blowing Rock special beloved by the two towns. The Roastery, located off of Highway Old 421, Boone, is where it all started. Fall of 2018, Bald Guy Brew opened up shop on Main Street, Blowing Rock. Since then they´ve flourished making everything from drip coffee to specialty lattes.

Irish Cream Latte

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte

A hot latte with espresso, brown sugar cinnamon syrup topped with cinnamon from Bald Guy Brew, Blowing Rock.

Bee Mine Latte

A honey vanilla latte garnished with rose sugar at Bald Guy Brew, Blowing Rock for a valentines special.

Red Velvet Latte

A vanilla latte colored with beet powder and garnished with cocoa powder at Bald Guy Brew, Blowing Rock, for another valentines latte.

A Pour Over

BG´s Guatemala blend and the traditional pour-over. A pour-over is when you take ground coffee beans, boiling water, a dripper ( the stainless steel cup in the photo ), and a paper coffee filter. One places a paper filter in the dripper and then both on top of a cup or pitcher. After placing coffee grounds in the filter, slowly pour boiling water over the dry grounds and let it sit and drip.
