"Just before finals, myself and a group of friends competed in NC States first-year engineering design day. We won first place, in our category, with our Stroke Rehabilitation Glove prototype. The glove we designed allows stroke survivors to regain functionality in their hand (after a stroke, an individual may lose muscular control in their limbs resulting in a permanently clenched fist)."
