"This is one of my favorite movies for many reasons. One reason is I really like the character of Indy's dad and the chemistry between him, Indy, and his dad's best friend, Martin Brody. This movie also deals a lot more with the Nazi villains than the first movie, which makes it more interesting. There are also many memorable moments from this movie, like when Indy accidentally gets Hitler's autograph on the Grail diary and when he 'fakes' his death during the tank scene. I also think that the practical effects in this movie were really well done. Some examples are the 'invisible' painted bridge that Indy has to walk on and the whole sequence where Walter Donovan drinks out of the wrong Grail. This movie feels like a group of friends getting together and going on one last big adventure," says Ben Parker, a senior at Watauga.
