Nestled in Central America, Honduras is a small but vibrant country. Honduras is home to a diverse and beautiful ecosystem, from mountain ranges to clear water beaches. The country's industrial center and second largest city, San Pedro Sula, is located in the northwest region and accommodates a population of 800,000. This large city has bustling roads, food galore, and luscious mountains.
Off the coast, Honduras' Bay Islands features the beautiful island of Roátan: Crystal water, warm weather, and colorful animals. A popular tourist destination, Roatán has no shortage of fun activities to explore the island. During my time in both San Pedro Sula and Roatán, I was able to capture a glimpse into the country's lively and unique landscape.
