The 2200 Hallway took home the 1st place prize for the Teamwork award. As a hallway they have been creating themed doors, even before the Christmas Door Contest was a set-in-stone activity. This year, their hallway theme was "Iconic Christmas Movies." Inspired originally by Mrs. A's (in cosmetology) love for Snoopy and Charlie Brown, each class took the reigns and crafted detailed and impressive designs for each film. A Charlie Brown Christmas, ELF, Home Alone, and The Grinch are just some of the films chosen to spread holiday cheer in their hallway. When we asked Mrs. Carson about her opinions on how the hallway turned out and she said, "We did have more ambitious plans to make the entire hallway feel like a movie theater, including a movie playing at the end of the hall, and even though we did not get that far, I am super happy with how everything turned out." The students, however, are responsible for a lot of the execution of the designs, allowing Christmas cheer to really spread throughout the hall. It is safe to say, that if any hallway deserved the award for Teamwork, its the 2200 hall. Their organization, and the ability to let every student participate is worth highlighting. "The 2200 hallway has been working together on these door competitions for a while, and we can't wait to see what we can bring to the competition next year," said Ms. Carson
