On Thursday, August 29, 2024, auditionees filled room 2403 hoping for a spot in the reformed chamber choir headed by Mr. Lancaster, "AudioVox." The audition process included an individual song of choice, a group song, and choreography. Though somewhat selective, the audition process allowed for a variety of singers to have a chance to display their talents. Previous Chamber Choir member Grace Tacheny said she was looking forward to auditioning and was "excited " for the process.

Tachney said that she is hopeful about returning to AudioVox as it is "an experience that helps connect people with music and their peers."

Faculty member Frankie Lancaster is in his second year as Choir Director. This year he is taking Chamber Choir and further developing what was before an extracurricular high performance choir into the "competition ready acapella group, 'AudioVox.'" Lancaster said he is looking forward to seeing "the light-bulb moments go off when the sound has transformed, and we see---wow!---we sound fantastic."
