Tween Tribune: A free, not-for-profit online newspaper for kids, aged 8–15. It is updated daily with stories from the Associated Press that are chosen based on relevancy to pre-adolescents.

Common Lit: Parents/Guardians can set up free account to access collection of reading passages in literary and nonfiction genres for grades 3-12.

NetSmartz Teens is an Internet safety program with resources to teach children how to identify and handle issues like cyberbullying, online predators and revealing too much information.
