APPLICATIONS ARE DUE Friday, November 7th by 3 pm.

No exceptions!  Plan accordingly if you aren't in school that day.

For each category you wish to enter, please place the following items in a secure folder (You will need a separate folder for each category.)

Turn them in to Ms. Ketchum in room 216 or Mr. Lowe in room 219 by the due date.

1. Typed and completed student entry form (below)  

2. A release form signed by your parents

3. Student information sheet completed

4. An official transcript which includes your ACT score (from the counseling center).  You must have at least a 17 Cumulative on the ACT.

5. Extra materials for certain categories:

   1. Speech/Drama, Music, and Dance applicants may have a 3 minute audition as part of your tryout. After applications are accepted, you will be contacted for tryout times.

   2. CTE and Visual Arts applicants should include pictures of projects (limited to three pages).

   3. English applicants are to include four pieces of written work (creative, researched, and/or analytical) with their application.
