We like this one because it has English directions, Chinese (Mandarin/Simplified) word work and also QR codes for audio in Mandarin. It is called: Big Chinese Workbook for Little Hands. Here are the recommended levels.
Level PS = Rising PreK 4
Level PK = Rising K
Level K = Rising Grade 1
Level 1 = Rising Grade 2 and Rising Grade 3
Level 2 = Rising Grade 4 and Rising Grade 5
Level 3 = Rising Grade 6
