Discipline

Students will receive infractions for not meeting classroom expectations (see below). Each infraction will result in a loss of recess. Five infractions in a week will result in an office referral. Infractions will be reported through Friday Folders and planners.

At the end of the year, 5th graders who meet the attendance, grade, and behavior requirements will be eligible for an end of the year reward trip to Mammoth Cave, if possible. Those requirements include:

• No more than 5 unexcused absences

• No out of school suspension, in-school suspension, or Saturday School

• No more than one detention

• No missing assignments
