Punch Cards

I use a punch card system in my classroom to monitor behavior and responsibility.  Each 9-weeks the kids will receive a punch card that contains 9 places that they could receive a punch for.  Some of the things that I will punch the student's cards for are as follows:

-not completing homework

-behavior issues (in class, at recess, in the bathroom, or in the lunchroom)

-Not bringing back a signed weekly work slip

Any student that has at least one punch left on their card will qualify for our 6th grade reward incentive.

1st 9-weeks- Root Beer Floats and a movie

2nd 9-weeks- Christmas Movie and Party

3rd 9-weeks- Gameboard fiesta

4th 9-weeks- Bowling
