Phase 1: Qualified Roof Inspection

Warrior Roofing (WR) Field Representatives (Rep) will provide a FREE roof inspection for your home. We take immense pride in the competence of these professionals who are expertly trained to assess and qualify storm-related damage to your home. Our storm-damage inspection is a $500 value, but instead of charging that to our client we keep our promise of minimizing the cost to you! Next, If your home qualifies, making a claim to your insurance carrier will initiate the claim settlement process.  An insurance adjuster will be sent to inspect the found damages. Your WR Field Rep will meet the adjuster onsite to ensure the damages are represented on your behalf.

Phase 2: Full Roof Replacement

Within 7-10 days, a settlement estimate will be issued. It's no surprise when tight-fisted insurance companies provide partial or low-ball estimates, WR Field Reps are prepared to battle this by providing counter-arguments through their industry knowledge and experience until a full roof replacement is achieved. Then, our in-house Estimating Team thoroughly reviews your estimate for accuracy ensuring all items required by Local, State, and National building code regulations are present. Undergoing a process called supplementation, the Estimating Team works with insurance to validate necessary items which are included in a revised estimate either before or after installation.

Phase 3: Water Tight Installation 

Installation of your roof replacement begins once our signed agreement is in effect and the security deposit has been received. An assigned WR Project Manager, will reach-out to schedule, coordinate, and supervise your roof replacement installation. Our installers are licensed, insured, and vetted contractors who we use on a routine basis. A water tight installation will be provided according to Local, State, and National building code regulations and industry standards. Installations come with a workmanship and product warranty. Finally, A certificate of completion with photo documentation of proper installation is sent to insurance for completing the claim payout process.
