• Have a Driver's License or other I.D. available for check-in at the main office

• A visitor pass will be provided once you sign in 

A member of the Capstone Team will meet you at the main office and escort you to a short orientation

• Grade 5 judges will participate in a Trifold Fair so students can meet you ahead of making their presentations. Judges will circulate as they ask questions of the students. The judges will then be directed to a room for the remainder of the event for a formal presentation from student research teams.  Each presentation session will culminate with a Q&A session. Judges will be asked to complete a paper and digital feedback form for each presentation.

• Grade 8 Judges will not be attending a Trifold Fair.
