6th Grade Art

By using the grid technique, students have meticulously drawn the animal of their choice on a larger scale with pencils. After their drawings were complete, they used oil pastels and colored pencils to enhance their drawings. Blending to create shadow and light on their images has really taken these pieces to a whole new level. Please click through the photo gallery to see some student examples of this project!!!
