Warren County Public Schools Online Registration Information

There are three options in which you may register or update your student's information online. Please choose one of the following three options.

1. Infinite Campus Parent Portal: This option is for families who have a CURRENTLY ENROLLED student(s) in Warren County Public Schools. For currently enrolled students, parents/guardians must update their student(s) information each school year. If you need to add a Kindergarten student to your family, you may add them as you are updating your currently enrolled student(s). To do this, under the student section of the application, please click the button to "Add New Student". If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please email wcps.ic@warren.kyschools.us and we will help you get your parent portal set up. Please click this link to access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. A quick start guide for accessing the registration portion of the Parent Portal is available at this link.

2. Link via the Warren County Public Schools website: This option is for families who DO NOT have an existing student in Warren County Public Schools. This option is also for families of new Kindergarten students who do not have other siblings already enrolled in a Warren County Public School. You must have a current email address for this option to work. Please click this link to begin registration.

3. If you do not have internet access, please contact the school where your child will attend during the 2021-2022 school year to receive further instruction.

For a student to attend Preschool in Warren County Public Schools, eligibility MUST be determined. Please follow this link: https://goo.gl/KojuLM and follow the instructions on completing the form to determine if your student qualifies for preschool.
