Earn Accelerated Reader Points at Home!

If your child loves reading at home or you're looking for a way to inspire their love of reading at home, earning AR points is a great motivator. If you have a K-2 student new to AR, use the QR code to the left to watch a tutorial video.  Students are recognized monthly for AR points, and we'd love to see more primary students in on the action. The video walks you through logging into the student's Google account, finding ths Student Links page, and logging into to Accelerated Reader.

United Way 2-1-1

United Way of Southern Kentucky’s (UWSK) 2-1-1 program is a great resource for those who need a little extra help. No matter the needs such as housing/shelter, food, utilities assistance, support groups, employee assistance and more, UWSK’s 2-1-1 team is available to help connect area residents with available community resources. Upon receiving calls from community members,  the 2-1-1 team accesses various databases of resources and connects the callers to the appropriate agencies to receive assistance. To access the line, simply dial 2-1-1.

Care Solace

When you or your child needs help, it’s hard to know where to turn. Care Solace is available 24/7/365, after hours and during school breaks at no cost to you, and has providers accepting all medical insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding scale options for those without insurance. You can reach a Care Solace professional by doing one of the following:
