Every student at South Warren High School is required to create and maintain a Student Portfolio Google Site throughout their high school career. It will serve as an organization tool for the student's Individual Learning Plan (ILP) that will be updated annually. The ILP is a student directed planning and monitoring process that customizes learning opportunities, broadens each student's perspectives and supports attainment of goals. The Student's Portfolio Google Site will be a dynamic tool and working document for mapping students’ interests, needs, supports, course selections (including access to college level programming), transition placements and other learning experiences both in and out of school.

It is a school requirement that every student complete each component of the ILP annually. The student's ILP teacher will use a provided checklist to monitor the student's progress / work.
