Guests During the School Day
Each guest or visitor to JRES during instructional hours will be required to sign in using the Raptor Visitor Management System. A government-issued photo ID will be required. The system is set up to "remember" those that have already scanned their IDs. HOWEVER, it is always best to bring your ID with you just in case there is a glitch. We do not want families to miss students' special moments, but we CANNOT permit anyone to enter without being screened by this system.

Only those on your student's Emergency Card will be permitted to have lunch with your student.
Guests will eat on the stage with the student they are visiting.
No fast food or carbonated drinks are permitted during the hours JRES is serving lunch.
Students must observe their normal lunch times even if they are eating lunch with a guest.

We have many opportunities for those interested to volunteer for the benefit of JRES! In order to volunteer or help chaperone students on a Field Trip, you MUST complete the WCPS Volunteer Training and a Background Check (at no cost to you).
