District Mental Health Counselor

Works with middle school students to ensure academic and behavioral success. Also offers monitoring and support for middle & high students returning from outside facilities.

Completes referrals for outpatient service needs and provides support to families and students while transitioning back to the school setting from outside facilities. Collaborates with the District Mental Health Counselor, Guidance Counselor, school staff and outside agency providers to assist in service and resource needs.
