About Mrs. Hale

About Mrs. Hale

Hello! My name is Renee Hale, and I am the School Media Librarian at Drakes Creek Middle School. This is my 18th year in Warren County Public Schools.

I was born and raised in Bowling Green, KY, and I am the oldest of three. I graduated from Warren Central High School in 1996 and attended Western Kentucky University for my Bachelors and Masters degrees.

Before coming to Drakes Creek, I was the library media specialist at Henry Moss Middle and Warren Elementary. I worked three years in children's programming for Warren County Public Library, and I was a school librarian in Springfield, TN.

I have been married to my husband Jon for 23 years and we have two children, Leslie (19) and Logan (17). We have one spoiled rotten dachshund, Lily Anne, who is six. As a family, we enjoy hiking, reading, going to the movies (especially the drive in), meeting authors, and going to Disney.
