Early Childhood

There Is No One Like Your Child!

Every child's development is unique and complex. Research indicates that the most significant gains in brain development occur during the FIRST THREE YEARS of a child's life. The infant's brain is virtually exploding with new connections and pathways as they record and process stimuli from the environment. It is during this time that the foundation for later cognitive, social, emotional, language, reading, and motor skills is formed.

Help your child reach their optimum potential by providing a high quality, nurturing, and stimulating environment so that he/she may learn and develop. Below are several programs that can help you, your child, and your family. For more information, click on the selected program. Can't find what you're looking for? Call the FRC and talk with Mrs. Ashley or Mrs. Jennie for a detailed list of community resources, especially for you and your circumstances.
