DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.

This is the third year DECA has been a part of Walnut Grove. As we continue to grow, we hope to become a thriving chapter in the county and state. We bond, compete, travel, have many leadership opportunities, have fun through socials, and give back to our community through different services. For many members, competition is the most significant part of DECA. Students have the chance to travel and compete in places such as Florida and California. Students are able to grow as communicators and leaders, as well as learn many life & business skills, network with students & corporate sponsors, and bring what they learn back into the classroom.
