Students need to drop off their device for repair immediately. Please see your school's secure drop information and procedure for drop off. If a student is remote, the family needs to coordinate a drop off (see secure drop information).
The family goes to myschoolbucks.com and pays for a new charger. Chargers will be delivered in approximately 1-2 weeks depending on inventory and shipping. If a student is remote, the family will be contacted for contactless pickup.
We provide flexible payment plans for families to pay the damage fee. In extenuating circumstances, a principal can request a waiver for a family to the Superintendent.
A list of student username and passwords can be obtained by your school's digital learning teacher.
Our 350 Student Hotspots are here! We have deployed a small number to support 2020 Summer School students and will be updating this page with more information in August 2020.
