With so many systems and operations in Waltham, it can be difficult to find who to contact. We're here to help!

General Technology Support

Student Device Workflow

All students in grades 1-12 are provided a Chromebook for school use. All Chromebooks come with insurance that covers approximately two damages that cannot be repaired by our technicians. Following two breaks, the student will be responsible for the exceeded value and a payment plan will need to be started with a principal.

Employee Devices

Employee devices are provided to all WEA teachers above 0.4.

Apsen

Aspen is available for all staff members. Aspen has many different purposes and functions. Here are Guides to help you navigate the program.

New Hires, paperwork & devices

Google/Email account: New hires will be provided a Waltham email/Google account once they have completed the Internet Acceptable Use Agreement form, other hiring forms and a CORI. 

Laptop: Please contact your principal or director regarding your laptop. Directors/principals must collect departing employee devices. If an employee is going on leave, teachers must leave their laptop with their principal or director.
