Rise and Shine Stretch and Balance
Start your day with a non-aerobic routine of stretch and strengthen exercises to improve health, posture and balance for seniors. Exercises will require a sturdy chair. A yoga strap or stretch band is ideal for an optimal experience but not required.

Bilingual/English Learner Parent Advisory Council
Waltham Public Schools recognize the value families bring to improve student engagement and success.
One way our district encourages these partnerships is through our Bilingual/English Learner Parent Advisory Council (B/ELPAC). B/ELPAC membership is voluntary and is open to all parents of students identified or previously identified as English Learners.
B/ELPAC advises our school district on matters related to English learners. The B/ELPAC also providess school officials with advice on topics that parents believe are important to ELs.
