🍎Apple Experiments with my Brilliant Blue Devil Scientist!🍎

🍏They loved the book "Apple Tree! Apple Tree!"

🍏Apple Oxidation Experiment 🍏

We cut an apple and tested it in nothing, water, vinegar, baking soda, and lemon juice to see which item would keep the apple slice from turning brown. Ask your child which ones helped the apple most!☺️

🍏Apple Investigation🍏

Each student explored their apple. They identified color, sink or float, the flavor, how many cubes tall, the number of seeds, and a few other characteristics.

Goodbye Summer, hello Autumn

We illustrated our favorite part after listening to the story by Kenard Pak. Tomorrow is the first day of fall!

FLASHLIGHT FRIDAY & CENTERS

We read our sight word readers and our library books by flashlight anywhere in the room on our mats and cushions. We ended the day playing centers!

THE DOT by Peter H. Reynolds

We were inspired by the book The Dot to make our own dot art with watercolors.
