Suicide ranks nationally as the second leading cause of death among teenagers as well as college students. If you are concerned about yourself or someone else please know that there is help available to you.
Massachusetts has partnered with Samaritans, Inc. to provide texting support via the Massachusetts Statewide Helpline: 877-870-HOPE(4673). Speak/text with a teenager 6-9PM daily or an adult anytime.

For children experiencing a mental health or behavioral crisis, Riverside Community Care Youth Emergency Services team provides services to children (under 21) who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis with a mobile, face-to-face response. They are able to meet with youth and their families at one of their community-based locations or they can travel to homes, schools, and other locations with the goal of avoiding a hospital emergency room visit and unnecessary hospitalizations.
Youth Emergency Services are available to children under the age or 21, regardless of their insurance plan, including those who are uninsured.
