Chromebook Help

For help, students may go to the media center during Homeroom, Flex Block, Lunch, or After School.

Remember to get a pass from your teacher if you are in class!

Chromebook Repair Process

The student comes to the media center to report an issue on the library form kiosk.
Ms. O'Malley gives the student a Repair Loaner to use while their broken device is being fixed.
Mr. Foti fixes/replaces the device.
The student receives an email from MLWorkorders stating their device is repaired and ready to be picked up.
The student comes to the media center with their Repair Loaner to swap out with their repaired Chromebook.

Note: If damage results in any part replacement, a letter will be sent home with a bill of the cost of repair. Insurance will cover any accidental damage that results in part replacement. See more on insurance here.

Chromebook Loaners

Students may come to the media center at the beginning of the day to get a loaner Chromebook for the day. Students are limited to 3 loaners per term. Any student with more than 3 loaners will be reported to Mr. Cashman or Mr. O'Leary.

Chromebook Out of Charge

Students may come to the media center with their uncharged Chromebook and swap it with a loaner. Ms. O'Malley will charge the device for the student to pick up later that day.
