Literacy Support is a regular education support and an integral part of our flexible support model here at OPR.

Students in the entire school are evaluated each year looking at different data to determine thos studnets that may benefit from some extra support. Based on the assessments given, observations, and teacher recommendation it is then determined whether joining one of our reading groups would be best for the student. All of our groups are flexible and change based on student progress and specific skills are being worked on. Groups can be both in the clasrroom and out. It is the goal to support students in their own classrooms as much as possible.
