This year Mrs. O'Malley is splitting time between Bird Middle School and Johnson Middle School. Below are the days and times you can see Mrs. O'Malley to checkout a book, ask for a book recommendation, or receive extra help with research.
Days 1,2,3 - Mrs. O'Malley is at BMS
Days 5,6,7 - Mrs. O'Malley is at JMS
Day 4 - Mrs. O'Malley alternates the two schools.
Remember eBooks & audiobooks are always accessible through SORA on the Chromebook.
This month the JMS Library is displaying a selection of books for Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Mrs. O'Malley has also curated an Asian American & Pacific lslander Pathfinder of resources including book lists, websites, articles, and events in the Boston area.

The school library provides a diverse selection of books, equitable access to computers, printers, and materials (print, digital, and technology) to engage learners of various levels of ability and help them achieve their educational goals.
The library media specialist is available to help guide students and support teachers in the areas of informational, media, and digital literacies through evaluating information, collaborating on projects, and showing patrons how to create and share new learning in an ethical manner by citing sources and modeling good digital citizenship as members of the Walpole Public Schools and global communities.
