Hi My Name is Ms. Elizabeth Schorr! This is my third year as Elm Street School's music teacher. I live in Somerville, and I enjoy traveling & being with friends and family. I love elephants, and this summer I was lucky enough to meet some in Kenya! I will be your child’s music teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. I grew up in The Woodlands, Texas where I attended Colin Powell Elementary. When I was 13, I moved with my family to Pennsylvania, where I graduated from Council Rock North High School in 2011.
In December of 2015, I graduated with a dual Bachelors of Music in Music Education and Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from The University of Hartford’s The Hartt School. I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Music Education with an emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction at Boston University.
