Make sure your school has accurate contact, emergency, and health information for your child, and review and sign required, annual notices from WCSD. Aeries syncs directly with ParentSquare, WCSD’s communication platform—used by your school, district, teachers, and some PTA/Os. Keeping your details up to date ensures you won’t miss important updates, messages, or emergency alerts, and helps us keep your child(ren) safe throughout the year. 

Every year, the gap between what the state provides and what our schools actually need grows wider - and WCEF steps in to close it, funding the art, music, science labs, electives, and specialist teachers that make our WCSD schools exceptional. 

We're asking every family to consider $69/student per month of $825/student per year, because when 100% of our families participate, it shows this community truly believes in public education. Your school’s PTA or PTO plays a key role in building community and enriching daily student life. Each PTA/PTO supports critical academic needs, is an active voice on decisions impacting your child’s health, safety and quality of education, and builds stronger and more inclusive school communities.  

STEP 3 includes annual PTA/PTO participation waivers, membership and donation opportunities, information on how to get involved, and more. While membership and donation are optional, the participation waiver is required.
