Señor Martínez

Welcome to Spanish 1

My name is Señor Martínez, this will be my first year at Waller High School. I am very excited to be here at Waller HS teaching Spanish 1 and leading the boys' soccer program as the head coach.


My wife's name is Elizabeth and I have 2 sons, Dante and Damian. I love sports, specially soccer. I also love to travel and spend time with my family. I graduated in 2008 from Texas A&M International University.


This will be my twelfth year as a teacher. I previously taught at Westfield HS in Spring ISD(2018-19), Cy Fair HS in Cy Fair ISD(2013-18) and Stevenson MS in Houston ISD(2008-13). I was the boys soccer head coach at Stevenson MS, assistant at Cy Fair and head coach at Westfield.


I look forward to help you learn a new language and to be part of the soccer program.
