Love books? Love kids? 📚💙 Become a Library Helper!
GUYS (Guys United in Youth Support) is a volunteer program that welcomes Lowe Lions each Friday morning with smiles, high-fives, and positive encouragement to help start the school day on a great note. Male community volunteers spend just 35 minutes building connections, fostering school spirit, and creating a warm, supportive environment for every student.
In addition to Friday morning greetings, GUYS volunteers can also support Lowe by serving at school and after-school events, helping keep our hallways, campus, and event spaces safe while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for students and families.
By volunteering with GUYS, positive male role models have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by showing our students that they are seen, valued, and supported by caring adults who are invested in their success—both in the classroom and throughout the Lowe community.
Our first Friday morning GUYS event will be on Friday, August 21, 2026!
